“Room was clean. The description stated that the unit would contain an oven, which it did not. It only had a countertop stove plate. Also, very limited electrical outlets working in the bedrooms. It was an accessible room so this is a significant issue. Missing 2/3 TV remotes. However, overall a good experience and met our needs for the weekend. ”

“When I arrived at the property, they wouldn’t honor the reservation or Expedia price so at 1 am after a long day of travel, I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get it resolved on my own as the staff wasn’t of much help at the property. Room was old and everything was worn. 2 out of the 3 bath towels were dirty and disgusting. Upon arrival the second night, the keys didn’t work and found out they didn’t have me in the system even though I paid for 2 nights so it was another hassle to get to the……

“Excellent stay for price. However there was a. safety concern with evening able to get u to building. The exterior doors did not unlock with codes/app and was locked out of building and unable to get in several times.Others staying at property were struggling to get inside too ”

“Bathroom hooks and bathroom storage would go a long way, as would cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Aside from salt and pepper, the spice rack was well stocked, and the pots, pans, utensils and dishes were great. Good location, lots of restaurants, shops, and history - highly walkable and public transit is right outside. ”

“First time booking here sosuite at the onyx the apartment was nice and clean when I got there checking was a breeze walkable to places good amenities like washing machine combo in the bathroom and there was a kitchen and a full size fridge tv too they had rooftop forget to check the rooftop. all in all my stay was great I couldn't pick a better place to stay in would definitely go back here on my next stay in Philly.”
