“Came back for a second time and loved it just as much!”

“We had a nice relaxing stay. Cabin was very clean, nicely maintained, warm, cozy and perfect. Dave stopped by to greet us and provided insights and tips to local attractions. Location was close to several trails, hikes and waterfalls. We spent quality, peaceful time watching the river in the backyard. The only drawback I can think of is if you need internet access for work or study, plan accordingly as internet is spotty. We couldn’t not have asked for better relaxing getaway.”

“My son was graduating from PSU, so we rented this cabin for the weekend. The house was beautiful and had all amenities that we needed. The views were amazing. Definitely need four wheel drive for the driveway, but so worth it for the view. 1/4 mile down the road was the 3 pond trail. We did this Sunday morning and encountered a momma bear and her three cubs, such a great experience. Loved everything about our stay!”

“We had a lovely weekend staying at Luba's cozy cabin :) It was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and only a short distance away from activities in Woodstock/Lincoln. It's small, but she makes great use of the space that's there. Super easy to check-in/check-out. We will definitely look to book again the next time we visit the Loon area!”

“Cabin was perfect for our family of four with plenty of room for our 3 year old and 9 year old to feel like they both had their own space. Cabin located in quiet area and short 5 minute drive to great hiking trails and Newfound Lake and 10 minute drive to downtown Bristol with great coffee shops. Ragged Mountain only 20 minutes away and Gunstock only 40 so easy to enjoy skiing, snow tubing, hiking and so much more. Extended our stay an additional night because we didn’t want to leave. “Cedar Cabin is well maintained, clean, and cozy. The host is very nice, easy to communicate with and helpful. The cabin is up in the mountain on a dirt road, but the road isn't that bad to drive on, it is mostly smooth. The view from the cabin is glorious, you will fall in love with it.”

“Spacious, cozy and tranquil is what you’ll get at this quiet and comfortable cabin in the quaint town of Franconia. The kitchen was easy to cook in with it being mostly stocked with everything you need to prepare most meals. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to spread out and all the wooded trails to walk or hike! We even spotted a snowshoe hare on one of our hikes!”

“Our group really enjoyed the large house and balcony. It was comfortable cooking in the kitchen, especially with the island for surface space. The living room library and movie selections and nearby community center was a plus as well. Josh was an excellent host.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were delighted to find the beautiful Pemi River just minutes away via a short walk through the woods adjacent to the property. It was an unseasonably warm and wet winter weekend, and the driveway / parking areas were muddy, so just a bit of a warning for other guests to expect this.”
