Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests.

This resort is on a beautiful beach, with great rooms and was very clean. Most of the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The serving staff at restaurants was a mixed bag, some quite rude and not interested in giving good service at all, others were wonderful. Restaurants were quite expensive for what was served and drinks just a little too high priced. Beautiful grounds and the beach was amazing with many beach chairs etc the buffet breakfast ($50 US per person) had a great variety of fresh food to choose from. Would return for sure.

Habitación limpia con vista amplia al mar, el desayuno es bueno aunque creo que podrían mejorar en la calidad de los panes y repostería, muy buena playa, amplia, sin sargazos, solo llega el agua a la cintura y casi no hay oleaje, si es el tipo de experiencia que buscas, es una muy buena opción.

Overall, great experience with this hotel. We visited in March. Friendly staff. Nice hotel. Amazing view from the window. The beach was amazing. Nice swimming pool, my kids loved it. Always enough towels and sunbeds. Very clean beach. We loved the breakfast, a lot of food, and super tasty. Amazing food from the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Because my kids are picky eaters, I asked the restaurant to cook penne with butter; they agreed, and my kids loved it. Staff at the hotel suggested a couple of activities outside the hotel, and we tried them and liked them very much. The only thing that I didn't like, the room could be a little cleaner; there was dust in the corners of the room, and under the beds.

Beautiful white sand beach, property is older but in excellent condition, some of the newer properties would have had to choose less desirable beachfront, nice client clientele, away from the rowdyness at some of the all-inclusives.

Plenty of seating at the beach and no issue getting beach towels. In my opinion the restaurants are overpriced, $510 mexican pesos for buffet breakfast per person and paid $90 CAD for 2 simple entrees, burger & fries and a pesto pasta. Wasn't expecting to pay more in Mexico to eat out than in Canada but I guess these are the going rates at hotel restaurants in Cancun.

We were upgraded on arrival to a bedroom with a large outdoor terrace with sun loungers and palm trees. The bedroom was very spacious and light and the design of the room and bathroom and wardrobe area was excellent. The hotel facilities, lobby, reception and pool areas are all very well presented and well maintained. The location of the hotel is in a bay on a lovely stretch of beach and is a 15 minutes walk from shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff are very welcoming and professional. We had a bed and breakfast package and the breakfast choice was first class. A special mention for our maid, Reyna, who cleaned our room (103) every day and was always smiling and cheerful. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Overall the property was great. While I could hear traffic from my main floor bedroom, the pool & beach areas were a little quiet for my standards. (I was expecting some entertainment but it was non-existent here.) Breakfast was awesome with variety & healthy choices too. The beach was the highlight! Awesome, clean beach.

Once you walk into a hotel, you expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, our experience at the front desk was extremely disappointing. John, the front desk clerk, did not acknowledge us when we arrived and came across as rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, he seemed uninterested in assisting us and disregarded our concerns. We explained that we had a reservation made through Expedia, but he repeatedly insisted it was impossible because there were no rooms available. This was simply not true. After checking again, we confirmed that there were actually three rooms still available, including ours, which had already been confirmed. Despite this, John brushed us off and continued ignoring us while staring at his computer, offering no effort to resolve the situation. Customer service is essential in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately this interaction lacked professionalism and basic courtesy. Someone in that role should be able to treat guests with respect and handle situations calmly and efficiently. First impressions matter, and sadly this one was ruined. Thankfully, Alejandra later stepped in, located our reservation, and quickly resolved the situation. Her professionalism and willingness to help made a big difference and turned around what had started as a very frustrating experience.

I have visited Cancun numerous times and have experienced a variety of resorts, but I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It has been, by far, the best experience I have had in Cancun. The rooms are clean and spacious, and our suite had a beautiful view of the beach. The food was excellent at both restaurants, and the private beach is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are wonderful, but what truly makes this hotel remarkable is the staff and their exceptional customer service. Everyone was genuinely kind and attentive, and they truly made our stay an amazing experience. We will definitely be coming back.
