不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
The only thing their staff cares is tips, room service staff don’t take the tip even you leave the tip in the room, only accept tip when you give it to them face to face, and next day they will knock your door for room service when you stayed in your room( we want to take a rest),the worst experience is the buffet restaurant, I know guests supposed to tip the waiters, but every meal from breakfast to dinner? Waiters ask your room card and Take it away and only give you back when you finished eating (with the bill), even though you didn’t order anything extra, there’s tip options on the bill, there’s no soda fountain for lunch and dinner buffet, whatever you want for drinks, even water, waiter is asking for you room card and take it away, breakfast buffet, juice are offered at the self serve table, you think you don’t need waiter for drinks, they still ask you for the room card and give you the bill when you finish. Pool bar, if you don’t tip, wait 40 minutes to get your drinks, most importantly, don’t go to the hot tub, my wife and me and kids all get eczema. I am not a cheap guy( tipped around $200 in 5 days ), but took the room card away and forced guests to tip? it’s unacceptable.
