"Easy and pleasant check in. Hotel very clean and welcoming. Room also clean and comfortable. Staff all very helpful, friendly and polite. Would have liked a bit more gluten free choice. However overall would stay there again. "

"We didn't mind how small our room was as we were only going to be there for one night. But bed was not standard double and was also very soft. So made for an uncomfortable night by both of us. We were also awoken by an argument which ended up becoming violent. Called night manager who came very quickly to sort it, then came back as more complaints and the occupants left within 20 minutes. "
