“Me and my wife has stayed at the hotel before and this time it was for our wedding night the staff was amazing and they went above and beyond with our room making it so beautiful for us on arrival. The restaurant wasn’t open this time we went but the bar still offers food which was delicious never the less. We have been to the restaurant before and the food is great there also. “We stayed in one of the balcony rooms and the room was legit the best room we have stayed in the UK. The bed was a dream, super duper huge and the view from the balcony was magnificent. Their breakfast spread was delicious, the only downside of the stay were the cocktails from the Vale bar, I think they could do better with that. Apart from that, it was a 5/5.”

“During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close. Still, my kids and I liked this one the most!”

“This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.”

“Clean room a lovely gift for Steven as it was his bday .. thank u .. great wine tasting experience great wine tasting guide sh was excellent … Booked for dinner on Sunday but did not expect it to be Sunday lunch at 7 pm … The lamb was off the menu as it was we wanted … but the food was good and service excellent … The 12% tip was added which I understand is not a legal requirement I opp to not to pay by card but still gave a tip , I think it up to the customer to give what they can afford as……

“I was upgraded to the main hotel and it was fantastic. Clean room and bathroom. All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic so much choice and freshly cooked. also the evening meal was great. And secure gated parking. 10/10 ”
