“Room was nice Check in was unacceptable. Room wasn’t ready until 4:30 and was never notified if it was earlier as stated by front desk One of our bathrooms was never cleaned. Towels still left on floor from day before Restaurant never accommodating for a hotel stay. Couldn’t even get coffee except in room which could have been diary and never replenished the 3 days we were here the powdered creamer Front entrance rug also needs to be cleaned also. Not very inviting for a front room entrance”

“New ownership is rude, aggressive, and overall just awful. They turned me and my family away at check-in because they "didnt want us there" for no other reason other than that we were upset that our room was not ready on a previous trip a few months ago. The rooms are outdated, dirty, and gross anyway. The staff is awful and rude. They turned me and my elderly mother away after driving 3 hours, without care. Completely callous and just despicable. We had been coming here for decades, but now……

“Great location and quiet surrounding area. Issue with humidity in the room though which caused wet floors and damp smell to the linens.”

“Great place for a family. The room was very clean. The only thing I would comment on was the bathroom was very small especially if you’re helping a child. It also needs some upgrades. I would definitely stay there again”
