「clean comfortable room」

「整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。」

「Hotel is definitely looking tired. It could also use a deep cleaning, especially in the common areas. Only encountered one staff member at the front desk and she was lovely. Room was decent, but lots of wear and tear. Fortunately bed was comfortable, but pillow pillows were awful with feathers poking into your head and very flimsy. 「Great room - Clean and comfortable with a view of the Ocean and could see sunrise from the bed or balcony. Beach access and covered / heated swimming pool were great and very convenient! Calm beach - hardly any waves / lot of shells. Room had 2 TVs - one with cable channels and streaming services and other with a VHS and DVD Player! They had a good collection of VHS and DVD too! 「We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment.」
