"Everything was excellent including the cafe/bar menus. Breakfast was extra special. Information was readily available in the tv screen opening screen. The room itself was spacious, bright and housekeeping should be acknowledged for their great work in replenishing towels and coffee/tea supplies! If there was one puzzling surprise in the midst of this it was the poor mattress quality… a rather crucial item. Or was it just this room? Otherwise a good find."

"An easy walk from Cardiff Central railway station. Friendly, helpful staff. Outer security door answered promptly. The room, whilst dated, was clean & functional. Hot water & a decent water pressure in the shower. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Breakfast is no longer available but there were plenty of options in the city centre. "

"This impressive hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Cardiff, and very easy to find. No parking available although there are 2 NCP car parks within a couple of minutes’ walk. Very clean throughout with excellent amenities and very polite and helpful staff. I’d happily book here again."
