"We got into town around 9pm, and left the next morning to head into the park, so we were not able to take advantage of the amenities, but everything we saw and experienced during our short stay was very nice. The hotel is convenient. We walked straight into town to grab a late dinner. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. On-site parking was readily available. In addition to their rooftop restaurant, they have a Starbucks within the hotel lobby. The rooms were nice and clean."

"We loved the location. Was only there for one night. The only issue was when we booked we were told we would receive a $50 food credit with the stay but we did not receive that."

"Great welcome, excellent room, we had suite with 2 queen beds worth the extra cost for the extra room when staying a few nights. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice, definitly reccomend and will hope to stay here again if we return to Pigeon Forge, great location far enoughh away to be quiet but still only couple of minutes drive to main street attractions"

"The rooms were nice and big and the bathrooms were also very large. The shower was amazing. The only thing I have negative to say is not about the property but just one single staff member, I don’t even know his name but he was a night manager and also did the valet at night. He overstepped his role off the property and then questioned members of our group over an incident that took place off the property which he should not have even been involved in at all. It was not even a big deal but he felt the need to take his manager role to the streets which was really weird. We were at the restaurant Chesapeake which is off the property and he walked all the way over there to the street by the entrance of the restaurant to put his two sense in about safety concerns. We are adults and didn’t need him telling any one what we needed to be doing for our safety, but it’s more the fact that he was questioning other people that was there once we got back to the hotel to try and get names as if it even mattered who was who."
