「Our stay at The Leeway was excellent. Our communication with Tena was great! This made for a seemless self check in and easy texting throughout our short stay. The grounds are beautiful and we espcially enjoyed the creekside oasis just a short walk from our door step. 「Lots of good things about this place. Breakfast was good, room was cozy and clean, tv worked, heat worked, bed comfortable, staff was very nice, games and dvds available and coffee all day. But a couple things not good. There was knocking, banging settling, maybe the pipes? Don’t know but all night long it was very noisy and one more night I’m not sure I could stand it. 「Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) 「The room was cleanish. There was what I assume is soap residue on the shower curtain, a few stray hairs in the shower and I did not step on the floor barefoot. It was clean enough for what we needed but I would not book more than a few nights. There is only a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby. Water pressure was good and hot. Overall cleanliness was disappointing but for the price I didn’t expect much better. The staff that I interacted with was kind. 」

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this...

「At night there is a terrible noise coming from the fake fire place that only turns on for 30 seconds. The restaurant is an over glorified dump can't make a mojito and over priced. Staff act like they straight out of cliche caricature of Williamsburg Brooklyn. Parking lot is kind of a travesty. Def not worth the trip or what I paid for」
