“This location is great if you’re trying to get ahead of the line at Old Sugar Mill, since it's just a few minutes away. Eric provides a very quaint experience with many thoughful details to offer a comfortable and convenient stay. The games and putting green were a hit. Here's a review by my 11 and 13 year olds: We highly recommend! The animals are social and the bunnies are really cool to hold. Salem the kitten was so friendly and playful. Eric rescues animals. This place was amazing, cozy, comfortable and the neighborhood was like you were in a tropical jungle. There is an office which was great for working remote. The neighborhood was quite and great for walking the dogs. Multiple shops and restaurants are near by and i95 was minutes away. ”

“This was a lovely duplex, beautifully furnished and centrally located but still super quiet. Everything was accurate in the description and the photos. Our family enjoyed our trip and our hosts were responsive, kind, and made the stay great! The coffee bar was a huge bonus and the beach gear made the trip so much better. We would stay here again. ”
