"Our sheets could been changed at least once due to we were here a week and sheets were never changed. CARMEN in your dining area was amazing she asked us of we needed anything every morning and evennon our last day she made sure she said by and come back soon. The frront desk was very help getting us right in and out and helpful with our ticket purchasing."

"check i was excelloent but service afterwards was not good. got no towels or making beds on friday. mentioned few times hair conditioner it was not replenised. tried room service once to order food no one picked the food."
