“Muy bien servicio y atención al cliente, la habitación en excelentes condiciones, muy aseada y con todos los servicios disponibles. Lo único que mejoraría es en relación al parqueo, podrían acondicionar el area interna para poder ofrecer algunos espacios de parqueo para quienes vengan en su propio automóvil. ”

“Incredible resort. Would rush back in a heartbeat. We had the cheapest rainforest bungalow and it felt like a suit. Gorgeous bathroom, animals surrounding you, hammock outside was lovely. The breakfast was incredible, the food in the hot springs was excellent and the staff were amazing. Particularly the guides who went out of their way to help you and spot animals and birds for you. The night hike and the free day hike I would absolutely recommend without hesitation. We would not have spotted……

“Fabulous experience. if you want the wild/lodge experience but still a staffed hotel with a bunch of services then this is for you! We were in the middle of the wilderness, with birds and sloths on site, but still had room service/clean up and buffet style breakfast and a pool! Absolutely recommend. good distance to all the sites/activity but far enough from the tourist trap that is la fortuna!”

“It was so enjoyable to walk around the grounds. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of wildlife to see. There were two sloths near check in and a Glock of birds roost in a tree at night near a walkway. In the morning there is a group of turkey like birds that walk around. We went to several pools and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall a very nice place to stay. ”
