「A little disappointed with my stay overall. The reception staff were lovely, welcoming, and friendly, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, my experience with room service wasn't as positive. The first person I spoke to seemed a little disorganised, and after waiting over an hour for the food I had ordered, I called back only to be told it had been delivered to the wrong room.
