“Clean and easy check in process ! ”

“We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. Neighboring homes were generally well-tended and the area was quiet and seemed safe. Spacious kitchen and dining areas were ideal for feeding a crew. On-site parking for two cars……

“So first of all, the staff at the front counter was great. Rooms on the other hand not so much. The property claims it’s a smoke free facility and anyone who does smoke has to be 25ft away. Well the first room I checked into around 8pm completely wreaked of Marijuana. I’m allergic to that plus nicotine so I couldn’t even stay in the room for more than 5 minutes. I went to the front desk and at first they said they didn’t have another room to move me to but they would give me spray for the room.……

“Good facility. Close to restaurants and shops. I recommend it highly.”

“Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round”

“The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs……

“This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. The house is full of light and air, with lots of space to spread out. Even though there is only street parking, it wasn't an issue at all and we found a spot right away. It is located next to all the museums in the area. We have a senior dog, and the baby gates throughout the home were a welcomed addition ensuring we didn't have a senior……

“The house was in a great location. The hosts were avaible whenever I had questions and even mades sure the sidewalk and steps were salted and sholved when a snow storm hit. We would definaetly stay here again when we return to the area!”

“This is a beautiful apartment! Everything was very nice, easy to find everything in the apartment, it is well-maintained and so lovely! Ivy answered so quickly and was so gracious and kind, just exactly what you hope for from a host! We’d love to stay in one of Ivy’s apartments again when we visit! Thank you so much Ivy!”
