「We booked our place thru Exepedia. Even that the places was labeled as a hotel, it was an apartment with no person to attend. No booking instructions. We contacted thru the message they responded several minutes latter with pass instructions and they assigned us to an occupied room, finally they provided instructions to our assigned room. When we did finally enter to our assigned room to our surprise the bathroom was dirty, sink clogged and terrible dirty, shower and floor full of human hair,...
