“Our stay was interrupted by a scheduled power cut over one night which was inconvenient. Alternative arrangement was provided but the low humming noise of power generators next to our rooms made sleeping challenging. Hotel took notice of our feedback.”

“The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were great, as well as the jacuzzi. The steam rooms and saunas were just like regular warm rooms but not hot enough I’m afraid, they were also too small and a bit of a let down so didn’t use them. The beds at the hotel rooms were squeaky, you can find much better quality bed at a Premier inn or Travelodge. For such an expensive place you also had poor wiring hanging from the TV and it didn’t feel as “premium” for the price you’re paying.”

“Clean and well serviced in the rooms. There was a wedding party when we were there that was very noisy and although they had a great time it was difficult to hold a conversation in the restaurant in the evening, that's why I gave good rather that excellent.”

“The Norfolk Arms Hotel is located in the centre of Arundel in close proximity to many local restaurants, cafes and pubs and only a short walk to Arundel Castle entrance. Hotel check in time is 3pm. We arrived early and although the room wasnt ready for us reception offered to store our baggage till we returned closer to the time - leaving us free to explore the town. The room was of reasonable size with comfortable beds and most importantly spotlessly clean.”

“Came on a busy Saturday, could have done with more bar staff, bar area was too crowded with tables around it making access to the bar difficult. Did not dine there but food looked good, shame breakfast was not served but was directed to a cafe that served excellent breakfast. Our room was excellent but could have had a hook on the bathroom door.Had a great stay there. Thank you.”

“It was a blessing to stay for one night, and experience the personalised hospitality and generosity of spirit we encountered. The Beach House was on our ‘wish list’ and it was available - serendipitously. We noted and relished attentive interior decor, effective functionality that has been designed clearly from a guest’s perspective, and scrumptious food and refreshments. Familiar with West Wittering and neighbouring villages, the location was spot on for all we enjoy. We will endeavour to book……
