“Room has new grooved flooring that retains dirt. Looks clean but you get muddy feet coming out of the shower No contental breakfast. Discount at Shoneys in parking lot”

“They hit you with a $25 deposit upon check-in. I mentioned that I paid in FULL online with Expedia and they brushed that aside. I had to give my credit card to pay the $25 and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to refund, assuming I did not leave damage. I suspect they bet on you forgetting and do not refund unless asked. Not cool.”
