北卡罗来纳海岸度假短租

“A new establishment that more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. The only thing lacking was toiletries and tissue paper. But if that is ll we have to gripe about, take your own supply and enjoy this new hotel by Marriott. It is priced nicely.”

“The room was large and well set up. It was very clean. Only a sheet and thin coverlet on the bed - I would have liked a blanket. A short walk to the beach (two blocks?) Entry by code was great, but could have been nerve-wracking if my phone had run out of battery while out on the beach or if I left my phone in the room. I guess there are issues with leaving keys, too, though. It may be obvious desk clerks have been visited by me due to lost keys on occasion.”

“The room was ok and the location was ok. But I didn't read the email that said to bring your own whatever. I needed more towels and toilet paper. I thought it was an actual hotel. It had shampoo and body wash in the shower. I guess that's what it was. I could barely read the label but it didn't matter anyway because it was empty. Not reading the email was my fault, but I didn't see it and wasn't expecting to get one. The check in at 4 pm and NO early check-in was a pain. We might stay there……

“Very pleasant.”

“Beautiful little apartment across from the river and right across from the USS North Carolina. Clean and comfortable place. Absolutely nothing to complain about and very conveniently located in downtown Wilmington. Very well worth the money.”

“The apartment was really nice and had just about everything one could need. The great room was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen was very functional though we ate out but appreciated the refrigerator. The TV was large but a bit baffling to figure out. The location was excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. Parking was good though the alleyway to get into the lot is quite narrow and on another block in back of the house. (No big deal.). If you are a……

“Beautiful property and location”

“Very clean and had everything we needed. The decor was so pretty. We enjoyed our stay”

“This condo was beautiful and beachfront! It had everything anyone would ever need :) Awesome decorations and very comfortable! I hope to come back for a longer stay! Great communication with the owner as well!”

“Great location!”

“For what we paid for one night’s stay we expected sheets on our beds and towels in the bathroom. In expanded amenities the listing had a Linen service for an additional cost. We were told by message 3 days prior to stay that if you choose not to use the charged linen service that you must bring your own sheets and towels. Disappointing!”

“Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend.”

“The property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to the historic area full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and more. Easy 20ish minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. The owners are very organized and great communicators. The place was immaculate and loved that it was a historic house! I would definitely book here again! 10 out of 10!”

“Great location, close to lots of shops and restaurants. View was incredible. Loved our stay here!”

“It was a beautiful place and location.”

“Loved the studio and the location. Host was wonderful. Loved being able to bring our fur baby. We will definitely return for a getaway.”

“Excellent location. But having said that, there is some street noise to deal with. But the apartments is very well appointed and it was a great stay overall. Great communication from the property owner and off street parking!”

“We had an incredible stay! The condo was super clean and very comfortable furniture and bed. The best view ever drinking your morning coffee on the deck over looking the Wilmington riverwalk and Cape Fear River. The host was super and answered all my many questions quickly. Looking forward to a future stay.”
