「Bathroom exhaust fan was broken, missing light bulb and broken mirror in the bathroom. Beds and walls were dirty and had rust stains everywhere, balcony door was broken and AC wouldn’t keep the room cool. BOTH elevators were broken and we had to walk up and down 7 flights of stairs. This was theWorst hotel stay I have ever had」

「非常好，床很大，很安静」

「Centrally located in Isle of Palms, SC; the staff helpful, the room was clean and the beach was wide right outside the motel. Will stay there again.」

「环境和位置极佳」

「I loved the softness of the towels, washclothes and toilet tissue. Beds were firm and comfortable. Loved the sound of the ocean even with the sliding door closed」

「We had a great stay at the resort and enjoyed our time there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to my friends and family.」

「Front desk was very accommodating. We arrived early and our room was not ready so they gave us a different room. Room was comfortable, gym was nice. Many options for breakfast.」

「Staff lied. I checked out a day early they said they would adjust the rate. Waited to next day and didn’t note early checkout. Then rude management said no refunds and that all staff are trained to know this even after me telling her they said it would be adjusted. Poor management and policies!」
