「Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you」

The smells indicated either mustiness or seafood in the fridge or both.Yes there were air freshener candles but, deep cleaning may be best to get to the root of it. 「Came into town for a soccer tournament. I wanted something nice for my girls. This property was so pretty inside and very convenient to restaurants and cafes. A little beach on the river to swim, and a pool. So much better than staying in a hotel. It was exactly what we needed and the communication was great. 」

「This unit was perfect, updated, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed at Kingsgate before, but this condo was the best so far! Kingsgate has many amenities which make it a great place for family fun. It is close to Busch Gardens & Water County. Conlonial Williamsburg is always worth visiting.」
