「Our ro I m was never tended to after we asked the young black man to clean and change our sheets we came back from bush gardens to climb into bed ti see the house keeper took the linen we sat outside our door . Yet failed to change the sheets or leave us any sheets. We had to call the manager oh yes after they deactivated our card on Sunday with nothing but " oh it could have been anything. Reason why our keys didn't work he brought us sheets and had the nerve to make an excuse for him saying...

「There was a dark hair in between my sheets which was not mine. My 8 year old son found it when he was about to get into bed. There was another hair in the middle of the shower floor. Seems like the room was poorly cleaned.」

「The room was a good value. It was quiet and included tv, a/c, WiFi, fridge, microwave and a full bath. The room was cleaned but had clear water damage and some mold in the bathroom. The property overall was also clean but needed repairs. The pool was small but looked nice. Great location and price.」

「This property is very large, plenty of rooms! It is so close to everything you'd want to do, from Colonial Williamsburg to Busch Gardens, delicious restaurants and everything in between. The king suite we stayed in was immaculate and had a mini fridge, microwave and extra sink in that same area of the room. The bed was comfortable and the couch in the room was great as well.
