The man sitting at the front desk is nice and willing to help. Only one thing bothered us. On the day of arrival, we check with the front disk. 「Very nice small hotel located close to the old town (Baščaršija) and the lovely Kovači-street. The staff were friendly and able to help us with any questions we had, also in terms of booking a taxi for our (very early) morning flight. My partner and I have stayed there twice now when our travels have taken us to Sarajevo and we will continue coming back! 」
