「I really liked the location. The hotel is located on the strip where you can shop and eat at really nice restaurants. People are kind and helpful. The beach is in walking distance. I have stayed there twice.」

「Got a nice spacious corner room and balcony. But it had a side window that let in too much light and leaked upon heavy rain and caused puddles that were a slip hazard. They did promptly clean it up. They added a second layer of curtains, but not blackout ones, so did not help much. Accidentally broke a wine glass and they wanted to charge us 200 pesos, so we just went to supermarket and bought the same glass for 65 pesos. Wifi was erratic in the room so had to go downstairs for zoom meetings....

「Na Balam is a lush oasis in the heat of the day. We stayed three nights in a ground level room with two double beds and a twin sized couch.
