“Front desk lady was super helpful. Beds were comfy. One thing that was off putting was a little card from the person who cleaned the room saying we could now tip virtually....sorry what? If your charging over $300/night for me to shower and sleep nobody is gettung a tip.”
“The kind staff, cozy bed, hot water, clean room, and convenience kitchen make us so comfortable. There are IGA, save-on-food near by the hotel, just take a few minutes away by car.”
“We don’t usually stay where there is no staff on site but this was so easy and really straightforward. Check-in is digital and easy, the room was really nice, spotlessly clean and breakfast downstairs self serve and very good. The Jeffrey restaurant downstairs was excellent and full both nights we were there (only open wed to sun) really enjoyed the stay”
“Staying in this place was very comfortable. Nice place for both short and long term vacation. We got a penthouse for 5 day staying. 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom was great for couples or family. Although the location was about 15 minutes uphill from the Golden town but the view was totally worth it. We didn't have time to try all the facilities in the place recommended by the staff. Overall, this was a great place if you travel to Banff or Jasper.”
