「We loved the French gentleman on Reception! He was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. He gave us great advice where to go in Marlow for the evening. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the huge conservatory at the back overlooking the lake was lovely. Great choice on the buffet.」

「Clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast.」

「We had a wonderful stay, the staff were so welcoming and helpful from arrangements for our arrival and right throughout our stay.」

「The hotel service is good and the environment is nice, but it is far away from windsor castle, need to drive 15 mins. The food though is very good.」

「安排的房间一般，不理想，没有以前好。。。。。。。。」

「The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids」
