「 Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. 」

「Casa Mexicana has been my go-to place to stay for the past 6 years. Located right downtown, it's very convenient and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. There are always Taxis waiting just in front which makes it easy to go anywhere on the island. The staff at Casa Mexicana are all very friendly and do everything they can to make my stay comfortable. 「No sé ni por dónde empezar...todo nos encantó. Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante. La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente. Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......

「We enjoyed our five night stay at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. We really enjoyed the pool and towels were available from the front desk. The breakfast was tasty and the staff quickly remembered who we were. We really appreciated the air conditioning in the hot July heat. 」

「Fue una experiencia increíble. Todo el personal es demasiado amable que te hacen sentir como en casa. En esprcial Baldemar y Mariana, que en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros. La comida es riquísima y sale completamente del típico desayuno americano, los platillos son hechos al momento. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas. Sin pensarlo volvería y seguro que voy a recomendar este lugar. Me encantó!」
