"Lovely hotel, staff very welcoming and friendly and even more of a bonus to have free parking during our stay - a rarity in Edinburgh! Good transport links into the city centre with many busses coming past the hotel regularly, and the tram station the other side of the stadium (about this a bit of a walk). Bed was very comfortable."

"The room was clean. The staff in the breakfast area were great. However, the front "tea area" staff were not so good. It would take on average 20-30 minutes to receive a pot of tea. an even at that each night it was different, and to a point where it was undrinkable. One night we arrived for tea and desert and was told by the waitress that she had to get permission from her manager if we could sit and have tea, the area was empty. The best person I would say was Jay at the concierge station....
