「Nice staff with very wonderful experience to check in」

「We came to this hotel unexpectedly and were so happy we found it. The staff are truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, accommodating, effective, welcoming. We arrived due to my wife having emergency surgery in Siena, we were supposed to be in Venice, and this hotel staff went to work making sure we were taken care of. 「Thanks for the hospitality ! I can never forget the passion of the staffs there as well as the view from the resort. On top of the that, the resort is very convenience for tourist attractions, such as San Giminignano, Siena and factory outlet. Don't miss the dinner there, they provide real Tuscany cuisine made with local agricultural products. All in all, the resort is a 'MUST' if you visit Tuscany! 」

「We stayed in Castillo for 5 days and we like it a lot. There was a good combination of medieval castle vibe and modern comfort. Although we’re mostly driving around exploring vineyards and small towns, we enjoyed the Castillo property, swimming pool and beautiful nature.」
