“The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. “Portal House apartments are in a super location only 300 meters from Old Town square literally a three or four minute walk. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Like MANY places in Europe the building has air conditioning but each individual room doesn't control it. Having said that I left yesterday and it was 93 degrees and the room was comfortable better than other places I've stayed as far as room temperature. ”

“The Loft was a wonderful and relaxing hotel for our stay in Krakow. For the first time of us staying in Poland, this was a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and they provided great bath products for us to use in the shower. We enjoyed the breakfast at their restaurant, the restaurant in general, as well as the spacious rooms with air conditioning and tv. We recommend this hotel 100% and will be back. ”
