“My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. “This location was perfect near the beach and with a restaurant right next door. The room was clean and modern and the deck was amazing. The parking was a little tricky since some cars were illegally parked in the lot and the spaces were small. Check in was 3 pm and at 3:10 I brought our bags up to the third floor only to find it still being cleaned. I went to the office and asked them to notify me when it was ready so I did not have to keep checking. The cleaner said 30 minutes at the most. ……

“All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.”
