“Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, schon bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber und die Betten nicht bezogen. Das ging so weiter 10 Tage lang wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nur sporadisch wurden Handtücher gewechselt. Zum Frühstück gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet wie gebucht sondern 10 x identisch das Gleiche. Die ersten Tage war zudem das Wasser nur lauwarm. Das Hotel kann nicht empfohlen werden.”

“Dafür, dass es ein 5 Sterne Hotel war, hat und der Flair gefehlt und nicht den Eindruck eines 5 Sterne Hotels gemacht. Machte den Eindruck nach Masse. Zum sitzen beim Frühstücken eher ungemütlich. Hotel ist sauber. Da gab es nichts! Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl haben. Fitness, sehr Sperrlich ausgestattet.. Hotel ist weit weg vom Schuss, von Restaurants und sonstiges. Zim Glück hatten wir ein Auto. Parkplatz gab es genügend.”

“We had a recent stay at the hotel. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was tranquil. The hotel had parking for our car. The rooms were a good size and had everything you would need. We used the pool, even though the weather wasn’t quite ready. We were looked after. The atmosphere was chilled. The breakfast had a good variety cooked food, cheeses, cereal, bread/pancakes. The only criticism would be maybe a slightly better vegan option (butter, yoghurt etc). Highly recommend”

“I sent request about how to get there by bus when I booked the hotel. However I didn't get any reply from them. The two staffs who speak English are very friendly and helpful. The other two doesn't speak English and sometimes made me feel rude, once happened when I checked in, the other time happened when I asked for key while she was on the phone. Other than that, am satisfied with my five nights staying. In walking distance you can easily reach Finikoudes beach, restaurant, cafe and……

“There are essentially two very different hotels linked in the same large complex marketed with different names. This part was quiet, with a lovely large pool, a nice clean apartment in small white washed blocks with comfortable beds and terrace. The staff was particularly helpful and Vasilis in particular was excellent.
