「The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. 「Important warning: there isn't anywhere particularly close to this hotel where a car can park (without paying); I ended up just hopping out quickly on the side of a busy road, which isn't ideal. 「It is a wonderful hotel. The distance from Krakow main train station to hotel is only ten stops by bus. The two ladies both day and night shift are wonderful and attentive. They are also helpful in everything. Hair dryer, hot water, direction?, all provide. Healthy food for breakfast too. This give me a good impression travel in Krakow」

「The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game).」

「The apartment itself was nice. However, the bathroom has a sewage smell eminating from the shower drain. When the bathroom door was left open, the smell filled the room and we needed to open the windows. They advertise there is a washer and a dryer included in the apartment. We booked this room specifically because of the washer and dryer. They did not mention in the advertisement the dryer did not work and have a piece of paper next to it saying the dryer is out of service. The washer was also...

「Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was the perfect size for a couple along with a cute kitchenette area and plenty of room to spread out. Everything was extremely clean and seemed new. The location is great as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions but far enough from all the hustle and bustle. Will def be back soon. 」
