“The house was clean and very open. It fit 5 of us comfortably. We were attending Phenomecon, the house was a 5 min drive to the convention center and the downtown area. We loved staying at this property and would love to stay here again next time we wander up to Vernal. ”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at The Grant House! We had 8 adults and there was a ton of space for everyone to spread out but yet be close enough for dinner & game nights! The property itself was spectacular!! Waking up and having coffee on the covered patio was breathtakingly beautiful. We loved all the space & seclusion this home offered. We also loved that it had extra bedding/blankets throughout the house. Our family LOVED the movie theater/pool room the most. Spent most of evening playing……
