「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「It was easy to get there. Everything was clean and as listed. It is very close to the Disney parks and outlets, and about 25 minutes away from the Universal parks. We had a really good stay, and I would definitely recommend it!」

「We had a great break at the property and would definitely stay again.The property had multiple pools available for use and friendly staff and fellow guests in the area. It was very close to both Disney (10 mins) and universal parks (15-20 mins). The property was a good size and clean. There was a small issue with one bathroom plug and the bunk beds were a bit wobbly as mentioned by another user but our kids still had two beds to use anyway so wasn't an issue for us.There was quite a bit of noise...
