「The carpet in the bedroom was lightly stained, but it smelled like it was shampooed before my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and mattress smelled freshly laundered. Super hot strong shower was a plus. Overall, the experience was really great and the host was accommodating. Will rent again. 」

「THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it...

「Ad did listed as whole house. Only renting rooms. Pool dirty. Wasn't cleaned until the next day. Ice machine on fidge broke no ice in the house. No hangers in closest, carpet dirty, not enough parking for guest. Had to move cars constantly. Only stayed because I rented for two nights. Also no benches or stands for luggage. No sitting chairs in the room.」

「Everything is good,especially they have golf car take you to the room since you first arrive hotel with the heavy luggages. Room is clean and they also have kitchen and fridge. Provide free breakfast from 7am-9:30am,more hot food choices would be perfect. They have Itialian restaurant open until 11pm and convenient store open 24 hours in the hotel lobby.」
