"The staff were friendly, but like other reviewers stated, you have to pay extra for the main pool/slides. We paid the fee only to find out the pool was closed since someone threw up in it and it would reopen in an hour. We did not want to go back into a pool that we knew someone threw up in. The elevators were stifling hot with no AC in them, and they smelled like cat/dog urine. The hallways by our room also had urine in them and smelled bad. Our shower had mold in the tiles, and the spa bathtub was old and stained. The room was definitely old and beat up. The A/C smelled like cat urine when it ran. The handle on the toilet felt like it was going to fall off. The mini blinds for our bedroom did not completely close and people walking by could peek in if they wanted to. And of course (not the hotel's fault) other neighbors smoking disgusting weed and the smell goes everywhere. I might as well just smoke a cigar and blow it in their faces. I would not stay here again."

"I was so disappointed by this resort with it having the Hilton name in it. Super old and outdated. The pools were crowded with people sneaking in for a family party and eating full blown kabobs in the pool. I was looking forward to being able to order food at the pool for the kids only to find out the cafe was closed until 4 that day but no one knew why. I would not stay beee again."

"Rented a 3/3. . 3 adults ,5 kids ages 7-13. . Room is nice and spacious . We were left in a pile on table 4 large towels , 5 hand towels ,and 3 wash clothes .. Said pool towels were in room . We did NOT have any . Room had full kitchen but there was ONLY a single egg frying pan , cookie sheet ,and a pot to cook with ( that was it ) . No mixing bowls either . So after spending 300.00 on groceries . Nothing to cook the food with ...Min height to go on water slides was 46" or 48 so our 7 yr old could not go on he was stuck in the baby section (as he called it ) he was inch too short ....Gratuity is included in ALL food and drink purchases . For 5 dip n dots @7.99e gratuity was over 10.00 to walk to freezer n hand them to me .. Last there is no broom or vacume provided in room so if your a clean freak you have to pay fee to have someone come in and clean ...There is only 1 pkt of dishwasher det provided . 1 sm box laundry det , 1 roll paper towels , oh n no OVEN MITTS either . I do like the resort and will go preparred if we ever go again . Dont get me wrong , resort is nice . Just preparring you for what to expect .. We were in bldg 1 , 3 rd floor J section"
