“The best stay ever with family! Tina was very responsive with any questions we had throughout the reservation and up to our stay. Always accommodating and even purchased a baby walker to add the many extras this home has to offer for families with littles. The description on the site is exactly what you will walk into. Will send referrals to this property and book in the future.”

“Beautiful home with so much fun at every turn! Really nice movie theater (excellent surround sound and easy to use) and pool. Quiet neighborhood, close to Disney. Everything in working order in the home. Couldn't have had a better more fun time for our big family gathering!! There were a few hiccups along the way, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. Couldn't quite figure out the hot tub, but message the owner and I'm sure they'll address it.”

“It’s Spring Break and we were ready to have some fun. With myself and my teenager along with a friend and her two boys, this property was the perfect place to stay. Enough space for everyone to relax after long days at the parks. Short drive to Disney, Universal and the Airport. The pool area was a nice break from the crowds at the parks. Our stay was wonderful. “First of all I have to say the property manager was super attentive and always at the end of a text message for issues and sorted them straight away. Positives. The property manager. The cleanliness inside the villa. The space The pool (generally) The hottub. Didn't use the games room but it looked great. Negatives. Unless you are going upstairs (we were only 2 so didn't) the thermostat goes into ECO mode and doesn't cool the house. Daily text message to have to get it set remotely. The pool……

“My friend and I were in town for a conference located in Orlando and didn’t want to stay in the hustle of the city so have this beautiful house to come back to after a long day was a delight!”

Communication with the property management was speedy and super helpful. “We had lots of room, the house is big, it was very clean. The pool is smaller then what it looks like in the picture. All the bedding and towels were new. There are no pool towels. We enjoyed our stay. We did have 2 issues with the spa that were handled promptly. To make it a better stay a few amenities would be nice, like salt, pepper, food storage containers, etc. it was a very nice week”

“Family had a wonderful vacation. Listing is very accurate. Had a minor problem with the refrigerator. They sent someone within an hour. Well stocked kitchen. Could use more forks and a some big bowls. Otherwise they have everything you need. Would definitely book this home again! We had 14 people plenty of room for everyone.”

“Stayed only 1 night and it was perfect. Pool was nice and close. Very clean. Nice location. Only negative was that I asked to check in early and that was never relayed to cleaning lady. The cleaning lady was extremely helpful when we tried to get in before she was done and we ended up getting in an hour early still. Would recommend this place!”

“nd quiet. Nobody bothering you the pool was amazing and heated the jacuzzi whew amazing lol. I will definitely book again when I visit. The view is also so nice in the backyard seeing the water. Option to even use the boat but I was scared of alligators lol so I stayed on shore. It’s an amazing quiet place. Even slept in a couple times due to the quietness and not knowing it was day time lol. Definitely an amazing birthday trip”
