「Good location and breakfast.」

「Filthy carpets in desperate need of being replaced; decor is awful for such an expensive hotel, the dust was awful, hairs on towels, grime in the bath, broken toilet cystern button, expensive breakfast and poor quality food. Curtains missing hooks. Extractor fan in bathroom doesn’t do anything. There’s more negatives but this will do. Parking so close to the sea is the only positive and only reason I would return. 「The view was excellent and the staff was kind, friendly and helpful, especially those working at breakfast restaurant. Room facilities were fair but it's value for it. Overall, very satisfactory. 」

「Clean room. Helpful staff. A lot of road noise in rooms at the front but peaceful with lovely views for rooms at the back of the hotel. Good buffet breakfast with gluten free options on request.」
