The room was good, clean, and comfortable for a short stay. The location is excellent, very close to Newport Mall, which made everything very convenient. "This was a great find for a one‑night stay close to the airport. The price was extremely reasonable, the room was very spacious, and it was super clean. The staff were very kind. There was some construction happening right behind the hotel, directly outside our window, and it did not stop until 11:00 p.m. Earplugs came in handy, but aside from that, it was a great stay. There was no restaurant in the hotel for dinner around 8:00 p.m., but we found a great option next door. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is a great amenity. I would stay here again if I need to make another one‑night stop in Manila."

"They only have buffett for breakfast - no ala carte. Nearest convenient store is 7-11. Besides that, the room, staff, WiFI, are great for the price. "

"No towels on our first day/ room condition is very poor, wall paints are peeling, bathroom tiles are dirty, very limited bathroom tissue, air condition is noisy. Hotel lobby’s air condition is not cold enough. I would not recommend this hotel."

"We ended up not staying there because of confusion with hotels.com and the host with checking in. We ended up getting a hold of Mary who refunded are stay and was very apologetic for the confusion that happened during our check-in. All advice would be to find out what cluster you’re staying in and don’t just ask one security guard they go to the cluster that you’re staying at and ask them to check in. The location is greatly located right there walking distance from the casinos, literally across the street. It’s worth the stay wish we could have stayed there! "

"We stayed this place for a week though, we got sick but the place its inside the mall. very convenient the hotel is excellent though, its pricey. but you paid what you got as we expected. the front desk are very helpful and friendly and very professional, all the staffs are friendly inside the hotel rooms are very clean. the cleaning crew are wonderful and welling to go above an beyond, very helpful. the only problem we have at the restaurant. the table are too close to each other and while we try'd to enjoy our breakfast someone next to us was a couple playing games on their phone it was too loud that my husband and we couldn't hear each other when we talked so we ask the staff to move to a different table and we were ignore so I finally just got up and saw a table we just moved. it was getting annoying its a breakfast buffet not a place to play games. also, we ask for coffee since you can't get it yourself, it takes forever to just getting a coffee, the waitress forgot my husband's coffee, I finally got up and walked where they make the coffee to get it myself. so no tip.. but the waitress at the restaurant needs more training. but above all the foods at the restaurant are excellent and the hotel its wonderful and clean. I would stay again. "
