“This was such a lovely property. Everything was perfect. The location was right in the middle of everything, food options all up and down the street, the hop on hop off bus and regular bus were a block away. Almost all of the attractions were walkable between 2-15 mins. The hotel was clean, pretty, and very quiet even with the crowds outside. The staff was absolutely amazing! They left a note and chocolates for my son’s 18th birthday and wished him a happy birthday at check in. They made……

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……
