「Very clean, cozy and in an excellent location.」

「The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. Parking is a bit tight as it is street parking. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the lobby area had trash and there was leaking pipe,from the second floor,...

「Lovely, helpful staff. A unique and interesting hotel in an interesting part of town. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to go back. Parking was easy and inexpensive. I loved the Poe references, the architecture and the quirkiness of buildings that have been combined over many years. I especially loved the hotel kitty cat named Annabelle Lee!」
