“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”

“A perfect location, directly on the seafront and walkable to the town and theatre. An old hotel, but our room was recently decorated and clean. We parked in the NCP about a 10 min walk from the hotel, but there were options to park along the seafront.”

“We stayed for two nights in order to attend a wedding in Hailsham. The hotel’s at a spacious area and pleasant surroundings. The checkin was speedy. We were pleasantly surprised about how spacious and comfortable and clean our room was. The way the bed was ‘decorated’ gave us the feeling of a welcoming gesture from the hotel. Everywhere in the room is spotless and the decoration is warm and refreshing. We were served by a lovely lady at the restaurant where we dined although the food was……
