「The location was just right not too close not too far. We walked everywhere. Felt safe in all the neighborhoods. Loved the washer and dryer availability. Spent some time on the rooftop. We were right next to the freeway but couldn’t hear it inside. The only thing we missed was another chair in the room, that would have been nice. Checkout was a breeze and the extra amenities in the lobby were great. We didn’t partake in any of shots that were in the lobby but it was a great setup. Would do it...

「Prperty was exactly as depicted. We felt safe and the host communication was above and beyond. The beds were comfortable and checking in and out was easy. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe. There plenty of amentities nearby and our host recommended the BEST eating places.」

「Great location and set up. Booked to stay with my team for a conference, and we were only a short walk from the show. The only note would be the street noise that you should take into consideration if you're a light sleeper. The noise is not a ding on the owners since it's out of their control, and they provide sound machines in the rooms, which were a huge help. 」

「Home was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard a lot. Quiet and safe neighborhood to walk the dogs or just to walk ourselves. We would definately stay again! 」

「Clean.easy to find.new appiances. Air condtioner is great. Unit is small but you know before hand. Only thing i would change is a step to the porch. You cant beat the area. Stores and restaurants close and you can safely walk anywhere. We did. StCharles street is few blocks away if you want to ride the street cars. I will be back.」

"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
