「The only issue we had was there was marijuana smell and the building is supposed to be 100% smoke-free.」

The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「Hotel could really use some updates in the rooms and pool area. Breakfast staff was really nice. Having the docking for our boat was a plus which is why we rented here so I would stay here again mainly for that purpose. It was convenient.」

We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」
