The location is excellent - there are convenience stores on both sides of the building, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the mall. The building itself offers great amenities, including a gym, multiple pools with hot tubs, a game room, and a free parking space, which is a huge bonus in downtown Miami. (Just remember to bring your own beach towels for the pool.) The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped……

“room was ok....floor a little dirty....bed sheets seemed clean....bathroom was clean. coffee pot didnt work. no kitchen towles....a kitchen towel would have been nice....just one towel thats all. location was great. view was great. elevator situation needs improvement...elevators and the fobs were not good”

“Huascar is a friendly, responsive host! His unit is lovely and was perfect for my stay! Cozy bed and linens, plenty of room to spread out, and conveniences provided. It was 91F and Humid, and SO refreshing cool as I stepped inside. Convenient neighborhood, blocks from hwy; and stores, restaurants, groceries, malls, services etc. I would love to have booked again soon, but someone else will be enjoying it!(it's booked)”
