“We did not get the room we paid for and the room we did get was missing a whole mattress for the bed. I definitely think it could be priced cheaper for what you get. The hallways had a weird smell and the place obviously needs a lot of updating. However, the lady at check in was nice. Overall it was not a great experience with cleanliness and what we expected for how much we paid.”

“Bruce is great! very friendly and helpful. Apartment was perfect for my husband and I. Great kitchen with new appliances and bar-height table with super comfortable chairs. Separate bedroom, and the bed was perfect. 5-stars! ”

“This hip loft apartment made our stay in Buffalo a delight! The host was available and helpful, and the location was in close proximity to our various Buffalo destinations. The street parking was a little challenging, but the comfort and convenience of this site more then compensated for it!”

The location was excellent, walking distance of several great coffee shops and cafes and a short drive from many local attractions. John was an outstanding host. Very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Buffalo/Niagara Falls.”

“Stay was good. Place was very nice in a beautiful spot. Host did a great job of keeping sidewalk and stairs salted since it did snow almost the whole time we were there. They also messaged to let me know when they lost power and when it came back on. Only issue we had was there was someone on the other side of the door connected to the unit that cooked some very strong smelling food the last 2 nights we were there and it filled our unit. Other than that it was perfect and would stay there again.……

“The duplex was pleasant. The stairs are old and steep but navigable. Be careful when you open the door. The disturbing part for me was the overly scented room fresheners. If a person planning to stay there has trouble with scents, a different place may be better. I was able to stay after spraying bedding with scent neutralizer..”

“It was a very clean, nice apartment. The word studio used in the description was just not well explained. We did not realize there was no bedroom. It was all one big room. The only seat to watch tv at night was a couch in front of the bed and it was not very comfortable. I still would recommend this to others as it was very clean and quiet.”
