"Great breakfast! Great room and balcony view! Great beach with chairs, umbrellas, and cocktail service. Horrible bar staff!! They act like you are bothering them when ordering. And because your tip is automatic, they don’t care about the poor customer service they are providing."

"The property is open to the public. Adults $20.00 and kids free. We did not get to use the amenities, which cost us $80.00. They put us on the third floor (42 steps) and there is no elevator. The tiki bar is opened to 2:00 am, which has very loud music the entire time. The beach is NOT close. It is about a 1/2 mile away. We will not be going back."

"All rooms have a screen covering top to bottom on the balcony. Feels slighly obstructed but still a wonderful view of you chose a beachfront room. Your ocean sounds are interrupted by AC condensers on top of surrounding buildings. This hotel offers alot of amentities more than most. No breakfast, but has coffee, endless towels and full kitchens in units. Property grounds are the nicest across this entire stretch from the beginning of Estero to Bonita Springs. Close to Lovers Key. Hotel has a great coastal vibe for the area. We enjoyed our stay and recommend. Staff was very nice. Rooms are clean. "

"Receptionist Annie was the best! Large pretty room with view of the beautiful white sand beach. We didn't need the kitchenette but it would be great if you're staying longer. Easy walk to restaurants and bars via sidewalk or beach. "

"This was the perfect vacation rental for our family! The main house had plenty of space for everyone. Equips kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, plenty of towels. And the pool cottage gave us privacy from the main house! The best part was the close proximity to the beach. The beach wagon and beach chairs were a huge plus as well. Thank you!!"
