“I recently stayed at this hotel and found the property itself to be well maintained and in very good condition. The rooms and common areas were clean, and overall the hotel has a lot of potential. However, the service experience was disappointing. The staff did not seem happy to assist guests, and their attitude made interactions feel unwelcoming. Breakfast was advertised until 10 AM, but items were not being refilled once they ran out. Each time I asked for something that was supposed to be……

“The room was Hot even when thermostat adjusted very humid. I had to go ask for body wash and shampoo containers empty. WiFi was in and out.”

“We had to swap rooms upon arrival due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke and black mold in the shower. The room we slept in had zero water pressure, a stinky fridge, and random stains all over the walls. We’ll be picking another property next time.”

“1st asked for a 2 bedroom suite; that is what I booked when I arrived they had to split us; glad my party was old enough; 2nd billed for a pet fee; my animal is a service dog; still waiting for that credit to adjust. 3rd the pool needs a deep cleaning and the hot tub would not work. Gym floor was wet; the free breakfast needs a new chef or pre-cooked vendor needs to be changed. I hope they go under renovation soon for the price and the property is not worth it. Sorry to the staff ; I know yall……

“My car was keyed from front to back on the right side. I have a pearl vehicle suv and is very noticeable was told even though there is parking extra charge there is nothing they can do. They security for nothing. I feel very frustrated and angry.”
