「Check in quick and efficient. Quick responses to questions. There were areas along the floorboards that were dusty. Advertised as having a washer and dryer, there was only a washer. As others have mentioned no tea towels in the kitchen.
There are areas around the windows that have obvious water damage and in the ceiling of the kitchen. Floor in hallway with a hole in the wood flooring.」

「The liocation was great. The place was not thoroughly cleaned. There was some dust. There were stains on the sheets and the flat was stuffy. Also, the water never got hot. All in all it was a decent price for an ok place in a great location.」

「Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! 」
